There are twelve oils to choose from, formulated with natural plant and flower oils with wonderful exotic scents and powerful therapeutic benefits for body and mind. With your chosen oil, your therapist will use carefully applied pressures to stimulate the nervous system, Swedish and neuromuscular techniques to relieve muscular tension, and lymphatic drainage to encourage healthy circulation. This treatment releases tension held in every part of your body leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and recharged.

Muscle relax.

This truly effective therapeutic massage helps dissolve aches and strains. Works deep into stiff, tight aching muscles to instantly release pain and tension. The oil is applied to the body using therapist’s elbows and forearms in this stimulating and deeply energizing massage.

Soothing.

The healing power of touch and essential oils combines with the energy of the earth in this relaxing, muscle melting massage. Warmed stones glide across your body in long, flowing strokes, generating energy and creating a sense of balance. Soothing heat helps to relax the muscles and has a comforting effect on your emotions.
