If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit to ZION SPA LUXURY, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the reserved treatment.

When making your reservation, please inform us of any health conditions, contraindications or other circumstances that may affect your treatment. If you are pregnant or have any medical contraindications, we recommend consulting your doctor before booking a treatment or using the spa facilities.

Where a contraindication is identified, ZION SPA LUXURY reserves the right to decline the treatment or recommend a suitable alternative.
